1. Description of Service

The Easy Peasy Vietnamesy Video Conferencing Integration ("Integration") allows authenticated and authorized teachers on our Website to connect to a supported third-party video conferencing provider (such as Zoom or Google Meet), hereafter referred to as the "Provider."

This Integration allows you to:

• Authorize our custom application to interact with your Provider account via OAuth.

• Initiate video meetings directly from the Website interface.

• Generate guest join links for students, allowing them to join sessions without needing their own Provider account.
   

2. Authorization and User Responsibilities

• Authorization Required: To use the Integration, you must explicitly authorize our application to access specific permissions within your Provider account. This is done by completing the authorization flow on the Provider's platform.

• Compliance: You agree to use the Integration in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the Provider's own Terms of Service.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Provider account credentials.
   

3. Privacy Policy - Data Collection, Use, and Protection

This section details how we handle the specific data related to the Video Conferencing Integration.

• Data Collected: When you successfully authorize the Integration, we collect and securely store the following information from the Provider:

  • Authorization Tokens (e.g., OAuth Tokens): Access and refresh tokens provided by the Provider that allow our application to perform authorized actions (like creating meetings) on your behalf without storing your Provider password.

• Purpose of Data Collection: We collect this data solely for the purpose of enabling the Integration's functionality. Specifically:

  • To authenticate your connection to the Provider.

  • To allow our application to create meetings via the Provider's API when initiated by you through our Website.

  • To ensure a seamless connection without requiring re-authorization for every session.

• Data Usage: The collected Authorization Tokens are used exclusively to facilitate the creation and management of video meetings initiated through our Website for connecting teachers with students. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Data Sharing: We will not sell, rent, trade, or share your Authorization Tokens collected via this Integration with any third parties, except as strictly necessary to interact with the Provider's API to provide the described service.

• Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the stored Authorization Tokens.

• Data Retention:

  • The Authorization Tokens are stored only as long as necessary to provide the Integration service to you while you are actively employed or contracted with Easy Peasy Vietnamesy.

  • For teachers who leave the company, this specific Integration-related data will be deleted from our systems as part of the standard offboarding process.

• User Rights and Data Deletion:

  • Revoking Authorization: You can revoke our application's access to your Provider account at any time directly within that Provider's account settings. Specific, step-by-step instructions for each supported Provider are available in our Conferencing Documentation page: https://www.easypeasyvietnamesy.com/conferencing-documentation.

  • Requesting Data Deletion: If you wish to have your stored Authorization Tokens deleted from our Website systems, please send a request via our Contact Us form. Please clearly state your request relates to Video Conferencing Integration data deletion.
     

4. Disclaimers

• The Integration is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• The functionality of the Integration depends on the availability and proper functioning of the Provider's platform and APIs. We are not responsible for any limitations, failures, or policy changes implemented by the Provider.
   

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Peasy Vietnamesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Integration; (b) any conduct or content of any third party (including the respective conferencing Providers) related to the Integration; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content related to the Integration.
 

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Integration at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

• Your access will naturally terminate if your employment or contract with Easy Peasy Vietnamesy ends.

• You may terminate your use of the Integration at any time by revoking authorization within your Zoom account as described in Section 3.
   

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will contact you directly to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Integration after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
