1. Description of Service

EZPZ Tutor-Student Video Conferencing Integration ("Integration") allows authenticated and authorized teachers on our Website to:

• Authorize our custom EZPZ application ("EZPZ Tutor-Student Video Conferencing") to interact with their Zoom account via OAuth.

• Initiate Zoom meetings directly from the Website interface.

• Generate guest join links for students, allowing them to join sessions without needing their own Zoom accounts.

2. Authorization and User Responsibilities

• Authorization Required: To use the Integration, you must explicitly authorize the EZPZ App to access specific permissions within your Zoom account. This is done by completing the authorization flow on Zoom's platform.

• Compliance: You agree to use the Integration in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and Zoom's own Terms of Service.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Zoom account credentials.

3. Privacy Policy - Data Collection, Use, and Protection

This section details how we handle the specific data related to the Zoom Integration.

• Data Collected: When you successfully authorize the Integration, we collect and securely store the following information from Zoom:

  • OAuth Token: An access token provided by Zoom that allows our EZPZ App to perform authorized actions (like creating meetings) on your behalf without storing your Zoom password.

• Purpose of Data Collection: We collect this data solely for the purpose of enabling the Integration's functionality. Specifically:

  • To authenticate your connection to Zoom.

  • To allow the EZPZ App to create Zoom meetings via the Zoom API when initiated by you through our Website.

  • To ensure seamless connection without requiring re-authorization for every session.

• Data Usage: The collected Zoom OAuth token are used exclusively to facilitate the creation and management of Zoom meetings initiated through our Website for connecting teachers with students.

• Data Sharing: We will not sell, rent, trade, or share your Zoom OAuth token collected via this Integration with any third parties, except as strictly necessary to interact with the Zoom API to provide the described service. The data is used solely for the internal purpose of connecting teachers and students via Zoom through the Website.

• Data Security: We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the stored Zoom OAuth token.

• Data Retention:

  • The Zoom OAuth token are stored only as long as necessary to provide the Integration service to you while you are actively employed or contracted with Easy Peasy Vietnamesy and require use of the feature.

  • For teachers who leave the company, this specific Zoom-related data will be deleted from our systems as part of the standard offboarding process. No data related to this Integration will be stored past the time of employment or contract termination.

• User Rights and Data Deletion:

  • Revoking Authorization: You can revoke the EZPZ App's access to your Zoom account at any time directly within your Zoom account settings (Marketplace -> Manage -> Installed Apps -> Find EZPZ Tutor-Student Video Conferencing -> Uninstall).   • Revoking authorization via Zoom will prevent the Integration from functioning but does not automatically delete the data stored on our Website.

  • Requesting Data Deletion: If you wish to have your stored Zoom OAuth token deleted from our Website systems (e.g., after revoking authorization in Zoom or upon leaving the company), please send a request via our Contact Us form, available on any website page. 4. Disclaimers

• The Integration is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• The functionality of the Integration depends on the availability and proper functioning of Zoom's platform and APIs. We are not responsible for any limitations, failures, or policy changes implemented by Zoom.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Peasy Vietnamesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Integration; (b) any conduct or content of any third party (including Zoom) related to the Integration; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content related to the Integration.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Integration at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

• Your access will naturally terminate if your employment or contract with Easy Peasy Vietnamesy ends.

• You may terminate your use of the Integration at any time by revoking authorization within your Zoom account as described in Section 3.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will contact you directly to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Integration after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
