Types of information collected

We only collect information for analytics of our website and information that you enter into our website. Login details such as your email address and password will be stored so that you can access the members sections of the website. We will also use Google Analytics to collect and analyze information about our website, which may collect data on your IP address, session information such as length of stay, page load times, page interaction information and internet browser. If you create a members profile any data or communication sent through the website will be stored for future reference. If you enter payment details they will be stored to make future purchases easier. 

How information is collected. 

Personal information such as payment details, names or email addresses will only be collected when you enter them into the website and will only be used to enable you to use members areas of the website or communicate with us.

Certain sections of the website are not available to the general public and a membership is required to access them, such as our online courses. We will also store communications with us so that we can reference them if necessary. 

How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers

How do you communicate with visitors?

There is a chat function built into the website and any visitor can send us a message to ask us questions. We have a contact form which you can find below, which also contains details about our location and contact information such as phone number and email address. We may send you an email for website functions such as verification requests, password change requests or policy updates.

If we have any other reason to contact you, such as discussion of a course or in response to any queries we have received that will be through either chat function or the use of any email address provided us. 

Cookies and other tracking tools.

The only tracking tools that our website uses will be those required for the function of the website or required by analytics tools. We do not allow advertising on our website so no advertisers will be allowed to add their cookies or tracking systems to the website.
